Nothing says summertime like this delicious fruit salad!
This is a delicious breakfast entree suitable for family or overnight guests. Make it the night before and pop it in the oven in the morning. Serve with bacon or sausage.
Prepare this dish tonight and bake it tomorrow morning. Try substituting apples for the pears. I add 1/2 cup of cranberries for colour and a flavour enhancement. Add them to your pear/apple mixture.
For a great vegetarian entree, serve this medley with shredded cheddar wrapped in a 10 inch flour tortilla.
It's a great appetizer too, when served with corn tortilla scoops!
This recipe makes 4 servings but can be easily altered.
This is the best bruschetta you will ever have! It's Chilean name is Pebre! It can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 days.
If available, I use Chilean salmon when I make this recipe. The fillets are thick and flavourful.
