  • 6 stems cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 lg or 2 sm cloves garlic, processed in garlic press
  • 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • ¼ cup(s) finely chopped Spanish onion
  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 2 basil leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) or to taste of salt

Bruschetta or Pebre Directions
