This cookie is the perfect combination of sweet and salty!

Mix together chow mein noodles and peanuts. Set aside
In a medium sauce pan, melt chocolate chips. Add chow mein mixture and stir until its are fully coated with chocolate.
Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto a waxpaper or parchment paper-lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Remove from cookie sheet and place in airtight container.
NOTE: this recipe can also be made with butterscotch chips/chocolate chips combination.
