Bake this delicious chicken dish in the oven, or cook it in the crockpot!
For 8 Serving(s)
Spray 9x13 casserole dish or 5 quart crockpot with cooking spray.
Arrange chicken thighs in the bottom of the dish or crockpot. Whisk together grape jelly, ketchup, vinegar, dry mustard and onion. Pour mixture over thighs.
Cover and cook in 400°F oven for 45 minutes, OR in crockpot on high for 4 to 6 hours, or on low for 8 to 10 hours.
Serve with White Rice With Sauted Vegetables. Drizzle the chicken sauce over the rice.
