  • 2 lbs. lean pork loin, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) all-purpose flour
  • 3 medium carrots,peeled and cut into 1/2-inch chunks
  • 3 large potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 1/2 cup(s) vegetable juice
  • 2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) prepared mustard

Crockpot Pork Stew Directions

Place pork in crockpot. Toss with flour to coat the meat.

Add carrots, potatoes, onions, and garlic to crock pot. Toss together pepper, thyme and salt. Add to crock pot and mix well.

In a medium bowl, combine vegetable juice, brown sugar and mustard. Pour over meat and vegetables.

Cover with lid. Cook on Low setting for 6 hours, or on High setting for 4 hours. Serve with fresh bread.
