  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 3 thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 - 284ml/9oz. tin mandarin orange pieces
  • 1/2 cup(s) dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoon(s) unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup(s) crumbled feta
  • 1/8 cup(s) olive oil
  • 1/8 cup(s) vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup(s) white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 pinch(es) garlic salt
  • 1 pinch(es) dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon(s) granulated sugar

Cranberry Mandarin Tossed Salad Directions

Wash romaine leaves and cut into 1-inch slices. Transfer to a large salad bowl.  

Add green onions, mandarin oranges, cranberries, sunflower seeds and feta.

WHITE BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE dressing - whisk oils, vinegar, garlic salt, dry mustard and white sugar.  

Toss dressing with salad greens and serve immediately.
