Only 4 ingredients!
This recipe is fast and easy for weeknight dinner. Serve with grated parmesan cheese, chili pepper flakes and fresh bread.

Cook sausage in a covered, medium-size frypan in 1 inch of water. Add water as necessary to prevent the pan from going dry.
When sausage is almost cooked, remove each from the pan and cut into 1/2 inch pieces. Return them to the pan and finish cooking.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in large pot. Remove pasta from heat and pour it into a strainer.
Partially strain the tomatoes. Add them to the pasta pot and puree them with a hand blender. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Add the Ragu.
When the sausage is fully cooked, remove them from the frypan using a straining spoon, and add them to the sauce. Heat through.
Add the pasta, toss and serve.
