Recipe

  • 2 pkgs. refrigerator crescent rolls
  • 1- 250g/8oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup(s) salad dressing
  • 1 envelope ranch-style dry salad mix
  • 2 tablespoon(s) finely chopped celery
  • 1/3 cups(s) finely chopped red pepper
  • 3 tablespoon(s) finely chopped green onion
  • 4 tablespoon(s) finely chopped cauliflower
  • 4 tablespoon(s) finely chopped broccoli

Veggie Pizza Squares Directions

Separate crescent rolls and press into lightly greased standaes size cookie sheet. Cover bottom to form crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, until very lightly browned. Cool the crust for at least one hour (Crust must be cooled before adding toppings).

Mix the cream cheese, salad dressing and salad dry mix in a small bowl. Spread over crust.

Mix together vegetables and sprinkle evenly over topping mixture. Press into topping.

Cut into 48 squares and serve.
