This is such a great recipe! The sauce is tangy with just the right amount of flavour! I used bone-in chicken breasts with skin.

Place chicken in 9x9 casserole dish, skin side down and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook uncovered in 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce: In a small frypan, saute chopped onion in oil until translucent. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for about 10 minutes, until very thick.
When chicken has been cooked for time indicated, remove from oven and discard any fluid. Brush sauce on chicken, ensuring that it is fully covered. Cook, uncovered, for an additional 20 minutes, or until chicken internal temperature is at least 165°F. Remove from oven. If chicken has skin, remove it and serve.
