Try this recipe! The 2 pound loaf will make two 10" pizzas, or one large one. All-purpose flour can be used in place of the the whole wheat and/or bread flour.
Process time for the dough will be dependent on the size selected.
For 1 Batch(es)
Place ingredients in the bread pan in the order listed. (Before adding the yeast, make a well in the center of the flour; place the yeast in the well.) Ensure that the bread pan is secure.
On breadmaker display panel:
1) Select Dough/Pizza Dough.
2) Select dough size
Press START.
When the cycle is completed, deflate dough and make your pizza.
Alternately, you can freeze your dough in a resealable plastic bag. Bring it out of the freezer 4 hours before it's needed.
