Recipe

  • 1 - 250ml/8oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 cup(s) grated old cheddar
  • 1/2 cup(s) mayo
  • 1/2 of 225g/8oz jar pimentos
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) cayenne
  • dash of salt and pepper

Pimento Cream Cheese Spread Directions

Mix together cream cheese, cheddar, mayo, and jalepeno (if desired). Chop and add pimentos.

Mix together garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt and pepper.

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for a least an hour.

Serve with crackers.
