Put your chicken thighs in the crockpot at lunch time!
For 8 Serving(s)
Place the chicken thighs in the bottom of a 5 quart crockpot.
Whisk together soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic and basil. Pour over chicken.
Cook on LOW for 4 -5 hours. IF sauce is thin, remove about 3/4 cup of sauce with a spoon, and place in a measuring cup. Whisk in about 2 tablespoons of corn starch, and then fold back into the crockpot juice.
Serve with rice.
