Ingredients

For 6 Serving(s)

Recipe

  • 6 cobs of corn
  • 6 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 3 tablespoon(s) whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoon(s) sour cream
  • paprika
  • cayenne pepper, if desired

Crema Corn-on-the-cob Directions

Clean corn cobs. Spread kernels with butter and wrap in foil.

Heat BBQ to 300 to 325°F. Place wrapped cobs directly on grill and cook, turning every 3 minutes. The corn is done when the aroma of cooking corn can be smelled, about 12 minutes.

Mix together whipping cream and sour cream, and drizzle about 1 tablespoon of mixture on each cob. Sprinkle with dash of paprika.

If desired, heat up the flavour of the cream by adding sriracha sauce.
