Red pepper and jalapeno lime aoili add great flavour to this wrap! Make them GLUTEN FREE with CORN tortillas, but check the label first, as not all corn tortillas are free of gluten.

Separate the tortillas.
Cover one half of each tortilla with: ½ cup chopped chicken, 6 red pepper strips and ½ cup cheddar or two provolone slices. Drizzle with the aioli or other mayo-style hot sauce.
Fold the ingredient-free side of the tortilla over the ingredients, forming a halfmoon.
Bake on cookie sheet (2 or 3) at a time, in 350°F oven for 8 minutes.
Remove from oven, transfer to a dinner plate and cut into quarters with pizza slicer.
If desired, serve with tomato salsa and sour cream.
