This dessert pizza was originally made with pizza crust. I have substituted crescent rolls which are easier to prepare. The cheese and apple combination is delicious!

Separate crescent rolls and press into lightly greased 9x13-inch pan. Cover bottom to form crust. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes, until very lightly browned. Remove from oven.
Spread apples over the crust, leaving a 1/2 inch border crust. Cover apples evenly with cheese.
Mix together sugar and cinnamon, and sprinkle on top of apples and cheese.
Return to oven and cook for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Remove from oven, cut with pizza cutter, and serve.
