Recipe

  • 1 - 250ml/cream cheese
  • 2 - 170g/6oz tins crab meat
  • 2 tablespoon(s) diced green onions
  • 2 tablespoon(s) mayo
  • ½ teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon(s) horseradish
  • paprika

Hot Crab Spread Directions

Combine all ingredients except paprika  Mix well.

For mushroom caps stuffer - Remove stems from 20 mushrooms and wash well. Stuff mixture into caps using small spoon. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

For cracker spread - Place in ovensafe container, springle with paprika, and bake for 10 minutes. OR, place in a small appetizer crockpot, sprinkle with paprika. Serve with crackers.
