  • 1 - 414ml/14oz. jar artichoke hearts
  • 1 - 250ml/8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup(s) mayo
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese

Hot Artichoke Spread Directions

In a medium-size bowl, combine artichoke hearts with the mayo. Add the cream cheese and mix thoroughtly.

Add the parmesan cheese and garlic, and mix thoroughly.

Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or two medium-size ramekin dishes. Bake in 350°F oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until very lightly browned.

Serve with crackers or pita bread wedges.
