  • 4 boneless, skinless split chicken breasts
  • 1 - 2 tablespoon(s) all-purpose flour
  • 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 carrots, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1 small cooking onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup(s) frozen corn
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 2 - 284ml/10oz. tins cream of chicken soup
  • 2 to 4 cup(s) low-sodium chicken stock
  • 1 package Pillsbury Country Style Refrigerator Biscuits

Crockpot Chicken and Dumplings Directions

Place chicken on a plate, and sprinkle each side with flour.

Put chicken, carrots, potatoes, onion, corn and butter in the crockpot. Cover with cream of chicken soup.

Add enough chicken stock to cover all ingredients.

Cover and cook on high for 5 to 6 hours. Forty-five minutes before dinner, remove biscuits from package, separate and place on top of chicken mixture. Cook for 45 minutes.

Serve with a crisp tossed salad.
