This recipe has been given to BBL by my neighbour, Mary Ann Cinanni, who got it from her friend, Loretta Plomley! I haven't tried it yet but Mary Ann promises it will be great!
I never thought I would put hard-boiled egg(s) into potato salad, but here it is, with dill pickles too! Cook the potatoes the day before you make the salad.
Pair up this salad with souvlaki chicken or pork!
For best results, this dressing should be mixed with an electric hand-held blender.
Serve this impressive entree salad to your lunch guests!
